Hmm...I cleanse myself by a long walk, a fruitful talk, by dreaming..

I don't know really, I can't feel that I am "cleansed" because what is the manifestation of that? How can I tell that I am indeed cleansed, and hence, the complexity accompigned with me wanting to define what it is that that makes me feel cleansed...

Ah too complicated a question!

It's a hard question and i'm not sure if I ever cleansed my soul, but I usually go deep thinking and sometimes a long walk or just sitting in a quiet bench could clear up my head..
