I would not consider this a trend change just yet, but we have been seeing some EUR strength as of late.
I would think that while the USD's recent strength was based on
"flight to quality" buying interest as much as any other factor, the
EUR is now seeing some of the same interest. The weaker currencies
still appear to be the GBP and the CHF which are not part of the
