After 5 days of sleeplessness, I managed to rest my mind during a couple of hour nap… Well, I don’t have the habit of taking naps in the afternoon, but I was so dizzy after those 5 days… Apparently this nap was a temporary solution since I’m back to the sleeplessness issue, which is draining my energy… Why can't I fall asleep?
