I just watched a national geographic program about tigers.. and it reminded me of the great book by Yann Martel called Life of Pi.. You must be wondering.. a Tiger? Aerobics at work...

its 6:45 am .. I have to leave within 10 minutes to go to work ... too early isn't it? but it isn't actaully work now.. its our aerobics class that starts at 7 am where I work with the staff.. the class will end at 8 am and then we have our usual staff meeting then giving sessions.. It sounds too tiring but it feels so much refreshment and fun! everyone should do some exercises... [read more]
